OY VEY First post jitters.
Why am i doing this? Let's just say the past few months HEALTH-wise have been tough for me. "Tough" in the sense that it's tough fitting into clothes,looking at the muffin-top in the mirror, and really tough bending my neck with this rapidly growing double chin.....but in reality it's EASY because I DON'T THINK TWICE about what I eat...and there really is no strenuous activity involved in opening a bag of cookies, microwaving leftover pizza, getting seconds and thirds at office potluck parties, and receiving free beers from fine young gentleman is easy peasy pudding pie. (yummmmmmm...puddingg pieeeeee)
My true eating habits suck. I like veggies, but don't eat many of them. I love cookies and sweet and cheeses and fried foods and white bread and snackfoods.
Working out? Joined a LOVELY gym in November 09, went daily and once the New Year hit it all fizzled. Isn't that opposite of how it's supposed to be New Years Resolution style??
I anticipate a Daily Food and Workout Log complete with calorie intake paired with my FEELINGS about the process!!! My first log is kind of a cheater, because I was technically taking shots at 2Am Saturday morning so that is REALLY february 27. But since my post starts here and now--we shall begin.

Carbs: 155.5 g
Sugars: 56.53 g
Fiber: 23 g
Protein: 46 g
DAY 1: WORKOUT LOG-- NO exercise :(
